The NC Division is working to post next season's schedule before the start of the next season. We know that plenty of you are already planning next year's events, so the Division is asking that the membership complete the tournament date request form for each event that they request. Please specify all information as clearly as possible, and use a separate sheet for each event requested. You will be contacted by a Divisional representative if there are conflicts or concerns about your event. The fall schedule will be finalized at the August Board meeting. Tournament dates close to the August meeting need a note to have special consideration. Tournament requests for next calendar year will be finalized in October.  Your club will be responsible for abiding by all USFA Rules and Regulations, as well as for obtaining an approvedTournament Observer for your event.
